Type the email you sign in with. If it matches an account, we email a link that sets a new password. The link works once and expires in 60 minutes.
No email arrives if the company's email is not connected in PhoenixOPS — in that case an admin can set a temporary password for you instead. Ask your office, or see Locked out.
